The Chemical Health Initiative works to develop sustainable strategies to build and maintain healthy communities in Goodhue County, Minnesota. Utilizing the Social Development Strategy as outlined by Communities that Care, the goal of the CHI is to promote healthy behaviors for all children and youth by establishing healthy beliefs and standards in families, schools and communities.
